실험실 소개

호흡기알레르기면역연구실은 알레르기 비염,부비동염, 천식 등 호흡기알레르기질환과후각소실, 폐쇄성수면무호흡증등 상기도 질환의 병태생리를 연구하고, 개인 맞춤형 치료 방법의 개발을 위한 연구를 하고 있습니다.

질환의 악화와 호전에 관여하는 면역학적 기전을 연구하고,수지상세포, 대식세포, T세포 등 다양한 면역세포의 역할을 분석함으로써 질환의 예방과 치료를 위한 방안을 모색하고 있습니다.인체 유래 샘플, 마우스 모델,세포 실험 등 다양한 실험을 하고 있습니다.

The IDEA (Immunology Driven Experts of Allergy) Laboratory is a laboratory that studies the respiratory allergic diseases includingallergicrhinitis, sinusitis, asthma, and upper respiratory diseases including anosmia, obstructive sleep apnea. In IDEA LAB, we investigate the pathophysiology of the diseases and conduct research to develop personalized treatments. By studying the immunological mechanisms involved in disease exacerbation and improvement, and analyzing the role of immune cells, including dendritic cell, macrophage, T cell, we are seeking ways to prevent and treat diseases. We conduct various experiments including human-derived samples, mouse models, and in vitro cell experiments.
