실험실 소개

각막재생연구실은 각막으로 인한 불편함과 시력저하를 일으키는 각막질환에 대한 기전과 치료 및 재생을 연구하는 실험실입니다. 안건조증의 기전, 치료 및 각막내피세포 질환에서 각막내피의 병리기전을 연구하고 유전자 치료를 통한 각막내피의 재생을 유도하여 각막이식 없이도 각막내피세포를 치료하고자하는 새로운 치료법을 연구하고 있습니다.

The Cornea Regeneration Laboratory is a laboratory that studies the mechanism, treatment, and regeneration of corneal diseases that cause inconvenience and visual loss due to the corneal diseases. We are studying the mechanism and treatment of dryeye.Wearestudyingalsothe mechanism and treatment ofcorneal endothelial diseases, and to study the treatment of corneal endothelial cells without corneal transplantation by inducing regeneration of corneal endothelium through gene therapy.
