감염학은 전신의 감염질환을 다루는 분야로서 각종 미생물에 의한 감염병, 열병, 에이즈 환자 등을 진료하고 있으며, 의료기관 및 지역사회 감염병 예방과 감시체계개발•지도감독을 수행하고 있습니다. 본 연구실에서는 세균, 바이러스 등의 감염질환에 대한 신속한 진단과 적절한 치료를 위해 도움이 되는 임상적 적용으로 환자들을 진료하고 치료하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.
